Eco-friendly Paints

Cheap or even ‘ordinary’ petrochemical-based paints have been linked with a wide range of potential health issues, including allergy, breathing problems, skin and eye reactions, headaches and general fatigue. But eco-pure paints that are both petrochemical-free and have a decent range of colors that actually look nice on walls (ideologically sound paints often come out a bid dull) are not easy to come by. However, the Auro range appears to be both. Voted ‘Best Buy’ by Ethical Consumer Magazine, their undercoats, emulsions, silk finishes and glosses are all water-based, and the colors are made from natural plant and mineral pigments.
